dryve motor control - Connect, select, control...

Precise positioning, endless movements, continuous end-to-end movements - simply defined with the new control for drylin® E linear systems from igus®.

  • No software or app installation necessary
  • Quick commissioning
  • Compatible with numerous industrial controls (e.g. Siemens S7 / Beckhoff)
  • For stepper motors
  • Cost-effective

Immediately ready for use

The dryve motor control can be adapted to your needs by just a few dip switch settings.

So all necessary settings can be done in one minute.

Accurate positioning - Pulse Mode

Pulse mode can be used to perform precise positioning. With this, each step of the motor can be divided into another 128 partial movements.

The path planning and output of the pulse frequency are taken over by a higher-level controller.

Simple motion control - JOG or LOOP mode

If movements are to be executed with a predefined speed at the "push of a button", this can be implemented with the JOG mode.

If, on the other hand, a continuous movement with a predefined speed is to be executed between two end positions, the loop mode can be used for this purpose.

Powerful technology

The high supply voltage of up to 48 V ensures high motor speeds. The rated current of 7 A, which is matched to the motor, and the high peak current of 9.8 A produce powerful and dynamic movements.
